The bill still faces uncertainty as it must pass another round of party negotiations.Before the committee review, KMT Legislator Wang Yu-min claimed that over 60 percent of Taiwanese wanted a rewrite of the infrastructure bill.After addressing reporters, she started spraying water and throwing the fake bills toward DPP lawmakers.Chiu, in a repeat of her actions from over two weeks ago, read the bill's contents over opposition protests and forced it through first reading.The bill's first passage through initial review — also presided over by Chiu — was annulled after she admitted to failing to handle procedures properly. 上一頁 下一頁
